Dear God,
You are so much more than I ever hoped for. Like my cousin, I feel lIke I need to start looking for new dreams, since You’ve fulfilled so many already, and I must find new prayers to pray, since You’ve astounded me with Your answers.

You leave me dumbfounded. You are absolutely brilliant. Thank you for inviting me close. I’m not sure whether to thank you for all you’ve done for me already or to thank you that I’m standing at the edge of an epic adventure with you. So I will thank you for both.

God is a warrior. He’s not passive. No, He is fighting for you and me. He teaches us to be warriors, too. “He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze.” (Psalm 18:34)

One of the amazing things our God does is restore our laughter and joy. The season of mourning is followed by the season of comfort. Those who sow in sorrow reap in joy. God is an amazing comforter and healer.

God is good. This last week I saw His goodness in very practical ways–through His healing a friend of a headache, healing a 14-year-old’s knee, and healing a man’s arthritis. Oh, and I was at a conference where He healed a lady’s eye. Before she could barely see through one of her eyes. Now she can see clearly through both.

We are breath taken. You are here. We love your Presence. I am a kid in a candy store. What do I do? Do I dance? Do I do cartwheels of joy? Do I worship? Do I laugh? Do I cry? Should I be silent? Should I pray? Do I shout words of praise? Do I fall on my face and cast my crown before You?
